Morgan Little, Office Manager
Morgan is a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager, committed to fostering efficient and productive work environments. With a proven ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate communications, and support executive functions, Morgan consistently delivers top- tier administrative support.
As a soon-to-be mother of two, she adeptly balances her professional and family life, demonstrating remarkable multitasking and time management skills. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys reading, spending time with her family and her dog, Jax, and building strong, meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients. Her enthusiasm for connecting with others and fostering positive team dynamics makes her an indispensable member of any organization.
Jennifer Crocker, MCFC, LPC
Jennifer is passionate about working with clients who bring complex concerns and seek a personalized, non-cookie-cutter therapeutic experience. She specializes in helping individuals navigate through challenges that may not be serving them well.
With a focus on meeting clients where they are, Jennifer takes a collaborative approach, walking alongside clients in their journey of self-discovery and healing. In this therapeutic partnership, the client is always in the driver’s seat, with Jennifer offering guidance through various therapeutic techniques and approaches.
Jennifer’s practice is grounded in a person-centered approach, recognizing that clients are the experts of their own experiences. She brings both lived and professional experience in addressing PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD, and Anxiety. Jennifer also has specialized experience working with military-connected populations through Star Behavioral Health and is a certified ADHD provider, having completed over 30 additional hours of training focused on understanding and supporting the ADHD brain.
Every therapeutic journey with Jennifer is uniquely tailored to the individual, based on their specific reasons for seeking therapy and their preferred learning styles. She encourages open communication to ensure that the therapeutic process is fitting and effective, always striving to create the best possible experience for each client.

Bear is a gentle and loving therapy dog who provides comfort and support to individuals on their healing journey. With a calm demeanor and a warm presence, Bear helps clients feel at ease, creating a soothing environment for emotional growth and recovery.

Dena Winn, Professional Counselor Associate
Dena is a dedicated mental health professional specializing in guiding adults through life transitions, recovery from systemic abuse, and the exploration of childhood wounds and present-day functioning.
With a focus on LGBTQ+ individuals and those recovering from patterns of abuse and control, Dena offers a compassionate and customized approach to healing.
With extensive experience and a deep commitment to each client, Dena crafts personalized healing maps that cater to individual needs and concerns. Drawing from an art background, Dena incorporates creative expression and body-centered awareness into the healing process, making art and presence key components of personal growth and mental well-being.

Vanessa Little, LPC
Vanessa earned a master’s degree in counseling from Multnomah University in 2013. Over the course of her career, she has had the privilege of working with individuals facing challenges such as healing from narcissistic abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and codependency.
Vanessa is passionate about helping others and looks forward to supporting clients on their path to wellness. Vanessa’s approach to counseling focuses on walking alongside clients as they work toward personal growth and well-being. Her goal is to assist individuals in developing self-awareness, clarifying their goals, and identifying and changing behaviors that may be holding them back.
She strives to create a supportive, safe, and trustworthy environment where clients feel understood and valued. Specializing in working with adults, Vanessa uses a client-centered approach, she meet clients where they are with unconditional acceptance. Her therapeutic methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Melissa Moore, MA, Professional Counselor Associate
After studying art for many years, Melissa discovered a new calling in life: therapy. Drawing from personal life experiences, including witnessing the positive impact of therapy on family members and friends, Melissa understands the transformative benefits it can provide.
Melissa views therapy as a collaborative process, working closely with clients to address mental health challenges and develop personalized plans that help them achieve their goals for better mental well-being. It is a privilege to hear clients’ life stories and experiences, creating a safe environment where they feel comfortable sharing. With a creative approach to problem-solving, Melissa tailors therapeutic methods to meet each client’s unique needs.
Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Western Oregon University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Corban University. As a counselor associate, Melissa has worked with diverse populations, addressing a wide range of concerns. With experience in crisis intervention and a solution-focused approach, she is trained in person-centered theory and primarily uses narrative therapy, while also integrating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) depending on the client’s needs. Melissa has a particular interest in working with individuals who have ADHD, Autism, those navigating religious issues, first responders, and individuals coping with grief.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys taking walks and hiking with their dog Kumori, reading fantasy adventure novels, playing games, and creating art.
